How To Enroll

Overview
Setting up bills for payment is quick & easy. Furthermore, you have more control over which bills are paid, the amounts paid and when the funds will be deducted from your account. Payments can be made to any Payee within the United States except for Tax Payments and Court Ordered Payments. Payments may be made on a one time only or recurring basis. Should you choose recurring payments, please be advised that scheduled payment dates can only be made one year in advance.

Enrollment
Before enrolling for the Web Bill Pay service you must:

• Be a member of the USAlliance Federal Credit Union
• Have an active Share Management or Encore Checking Account
• Be enrolled in eBranch, our Online Account Access program

Your eligibility for enrollment will be determined by validation of your Credit Union Member Number (11-digits) and Member PIN. While Web Bill Pay service is offered to all Credit Union members in good standing, the Credit Union reserves the right to refuse enrollment in the Service to any member who does not meet the Web Bill Pay service criteria established by the Credit Union and/or CheckFree Corporation.

After your enrollment is completed, you can receive e-mail payments from other people who use an e-mail payments service. The payments are electronically deposited into the payment account of your choice.

• Return to our home page and click Web Bill Pay
• Select Enrollment and Logon
• Select ENROLL ME from the Web Bill Pay Logon screen
• Complete the Enrollment Form
• Select a separate Web Bill Pay User Name and Password
  (Your user name must be alphanumeric)

Your enrollment will not be accepted unless all fields in the Enrollment Form are completed. When your Welcome E-Mail is received, please visit the Logon screen to schedule your bills.
