Direct DepositDirect Deposit Puts Your Money Where You Need ItReceiving a check is always nice. But having to deposit or cash it can be inconvenient and takes valuable time. That's why the Credit Union provides Direct Deposit for almost any regularly issued check. Instead of having to wait for your checks, you can have them automatically deposited directly to your Credit Union account through Electronic Funds Transfers(EFT). EFT is the fastest, safest, most efficient way to build savings and repay loans. You'll avoid the risks of loss, theft, or fraud, and you'll save time and postage. But most important, your money will be on deposit and available.
How to Authorize Direct Deposits
If you're requesting Direct Deposit of payroll, check first with your Payroll
Department or manager to see if your company has any special forms or
procedures. If not, request a payroll card from the Credit Union or click here to download a
Payroll Authorization Form. Where there are two employees in a family, both members can arrange deposits to a single account. Or, if preferred, they can set up direct deposits to individual accounts. In setting up your direct deposits, make sure that sufficient funds will always be available for loan payments, authorized allocations, and authorized payments such as group term life insurance. While we are always willing to assist you in calculating your Payroll Deduction amount and/or submitting forms, the Credit Union cannot be responsible for the timeliness or adequacy of your authorization.
Other Direct DepositsPayroll isn't the only income that can be electronically deposited to the Credit Union. Most recurring payments qualify, including:
Direct Deposit AllocationsDirect deposit allocations allow you to automatically distribute all or a portion of your regularly recurring direct deposits* to one or more eligible USAlliance accounts. Just tell us how much to allot to each; then each direct deposit will be automatically allocated according to your instructions.Request a Direct Deposit Allocations Authorization form from the Credit Union to complete and return for processing, by calling 1-800-431-2754.
*Before any allocations can be made, Direct Deposit into the Credit Union must be established.
