RYE

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES
We welcome applicants with various levels of call center or retail banking experience.
Provide prompt and exceptional services to members and potential members who contact the credit union. Assist members in matters relating to their accounts including processing transactions, loan pay-offs, information on balances and account history. Cross sell credit union products and services. Position requires ability to communicate effectively, tactfully and professionally with employees and members. Good figures aptitude. Degree preferred or a minimum of one year of branch or call center experience with a financial institution. Fluency in Spanish a plus.

TELLERS /SENIOR TELLER
We welcome candidates who can communicate in a language other than English to serve our diverse member base.
Perform member transactions, settle cash drawer accurately on a daily basis, enthusiastically cross sell products and services and present a professional appearance and attitude. Requires minimum of 1 year teller experience in a bank or credit union, Associates degree, excellent oral communication skills, good mathematical aptitude, basic computer knowledge, attention to detail and a professional appearance. Must be available to work 8-hour shifts between business hours of the branch and alternate Saturday mornings.

RETIREMENT BENEFIT ADMINISTRATOR
Provide exceptional service to members and potential members who contact the Credit Union regarding the Financial Services Department, with an emphasis on IRA administration, special ownership accounts, death claim processing, inactive/abandoned property, legal processing and IRS notices. Assist the membership by providing quality service and information in a pleasant, prompt, and efficient manner via telephone, in-person, or correspondence. Keep current regarding changes in IRS regulations and compliance, Research members' inquiries promptly. Assist management with validating inactive accounts and IRAs. Work with the Credit Union's attorney as needed to maintain workflow and ensure member satisfaction with legal or technical situations.

                         MASSACHUSETTS

DANVERS & MEDFORD BRANCH

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As directed by the Branch Manager, assist in expanding and diversifying the Credit Union's membership through maintenance of relationships with select employer groups and community organizations. Support and expand relationships with business contacts to ensure optimum member penetration and product/service utilization. Requires business promotion and retail banking experience, a clean driver's license and reliable car to visit local businesses.

TELLERS (Full Time and Part Time)
Perform member transactions, settle cash drawer accurately on a daily basis, enthusiastically cross-sell Credit Union products and services and present a professional appearance and attitude. Requires minimum 1 year teller experience in a bank or credit union, Associate Degree, excellent oral communication skills, good mathematical aptitude, basic computer knowledge and attention to detail. Full time applicants must be available for weekend rotation. Part time positions are available for weekends only.
