COVID RESPONSE PLAN:
February 16, 2021 – We have been alerted that our Woodbourne Branch has had a potential COVID-19 Coronavirus exposure. Out of an abundance of caution, any staff who may have been exposed are under quarantine, per state regulations. The branch will receive an extensive deep cleaning using a local, reputable disinfection agency before reopening on Wednesday, February 17th.
Out of an abundance of caution, if you visited the Woodbourne Branch between February 10th and 12th, you may wish to consider seeking medical advice. Your doctor is the best person to give you guidance if you should self-quarantine.

Please continue to stay vigilant against potential scams.
- Exercise caution when purchasing items on the internet; only buy from trusted retailers, and make sure the websites begin with "https:" (the "s" at the end being the important part) when inputting any card information.
- Be wary of any emails or phone solicitations of claims of 'immediate cures,' 'vaccines,' or any 'get rich quick' schemes that may be linked to a virus. Phishing campaigns can prey on a would-be victim's fear and anxiety.
- As always, do not click on any links or email attachments; these can install malware on your device.
Effective April 24, 2020, the Federal Reserve today issued an interim final rule to amend Regulation D and remove the six-per-month transaction limit on transferring between savings and checking accounts. This change is temporary in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Limited in-branch appointments
To best accommodate our members, we will be offering limited in-branch appointments (at the locations listed below) for transactions that cannot be completed electronically through one of our alternative delivery channels (Online and Mobile Banking, ATMs, or Call Center). We will be limiting the number of members in our branch at one time and ensure that we have time between appointments to clean workspaces properly. We believe these appointments are a quick, easy, and safe way to conduct business and reduce risk to you and our employees. Branches that offer in-branch assistance will incorporate controlled access protocols for lobbies to continue to serve members safely and securely.
