RYE, NY (November 3, 2025) – USAlliance Federal Credit Union (dba USALLIANCE Financial) recently announced the organization has been named a winner in the 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards.
This national recognition, presented by Energage, is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback and celebrates organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. The Top Workplaces program has a 17-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets. This latest honor follows USALLIANCE’s recognition earlier this year as a Top Workplace in the Financial Services Industry.
USALLIANCE Financial was honored in the following three categories for the Fall 2025 Award program:
“At USALLIANCE Financial, our four core values shape our entire institution,” said Harry Zhu, President and CEO. “Our commitment to ‘Making a Difference,’ isn't just about serving our members; it starts with our own team. We believe appreciation isn’t just about saying ‘thank you’; it’s about creating an environment where every employee feels seen, heard, and valued. Earning recognition in three categories within the Culture Excellence Awards, specifically in the areas of appreciation, professional development, and well-being, validates our approach and efforts to provide comprehensive employee support and reflects our continued dedication to investing in our team and building a workplace where everyone can truly thrive."
Top Workplaces awards are based on feedback from a research-backed employee engagement survey. Details about how USALLIANCE Financial fosters a great workplace culture can be found on the Top Workplaces website.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
