The organization leaned into its “people helping people” roots, resulting in the credit union welcoming 27,711 new accounts and a membership base rapidly closing in on a 200,000-member milestone.
Additionally, the year marked a transformative period as USALLIANCE Financial completed a comprehensive revamp of its mission, vision, and values, reinforcing its dedication to member service and organizational excellence.

Strengthening its leadership team, the credit union appointed three vice presidents to key positions:
