“I have never been more impressed with the customer service of a company. Everyone (3 different people on the phone, 2 different people through email) I was in contact with provided me with a fast and accurate response. All three people over the phone went above and beyond by explaining everything to me and making sure I understood every detail. I can't explain how comforting these people made me while walking me through a process I knew little about. You just don't receive customer service like this anymore. The website is very easy to use as well. They also have an app that I haven't had a chance to mess around with.”
