RYE, NY (March 30, 2026) – USAlliance Federal Credit Union (dba USALLIANCE Financial) announced the appointment of Grace Jensen as Vice President of People Operations. In this role, Jensen will lead USALLIANCE Financial’s people strategy, with a focus on employee growth and engagement, leadership development, and organizational design.

Jensen is an accomplished human resources leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple industries in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean. She joins USALLIANCE Financial from Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources and successfully led initiatives to implement employee centric benefits and increase efficiencies and ensure compliance.

Jensen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of the Virgin Islands. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
